Ultimate Breakfast Tortilla Quesadilla (Original video)

Ingredients:

• Unsalted butter: 1 tbsp
• Tortilla: 1 (23cm)
• Mozzarella cheese
• Chicken ham: 3 slices (60g, 2oz)
• Cheddar slices: 2
• Beef bacon: 60g
• Vegetable oil
• Olive oil: 2 tbsp
• Eggs
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Paprika
• Tomatoes: 1, finely chopped
• Green onions: 15g, finely chopped
• Fresh spinach
• Italian sausage: 120g (4.2oz)
• Smoked paprika
• Tomato sauce

Instructions:

1. Season eggs with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
2. Pour egg mixture onto a pan with 1 tbsp of unsalted butter. Cook tortilla for 1-2 minutes on medium-low heat.
3. Add mozzarella cheese, chicken ham, and cheddar slices. Flip carefully.
4. Fry each side for 2-3 minutes on medium-low heat.
5. Remove from the pan.
6. Fry beef bacon until crisp in vegetable oil.
7. Grease a pan with olive oil. Place tortilla and pour seasoned eggs on top.
8. Add tomatoes, green onions, fried bacon, fresh spinach, and mozzarella cheese.
9. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
10. Fry Italian sausage for 4-5 minutes on medium-low heat.
11. Crack eggs, season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
12. Pour egg mixture onto a pan, cook for 40-50 seconds on medium-low heat.
13. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, add tortilla, tomato sauce, fried sausages, and cheddar cheese.
14. Cook each side for 30-40 seconds on medium-high heat.
15. Remove quesadilla from the pan and enjoy!
