In a bowl, crack 3 eggs and add 1 tablespoon of milk, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix well.
Add another egg and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of flour and mix until smooth.
Pour in 1 tablespoon of milk and the last egg. Mix until the batter is well combined.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve the pancakes warm. Bon Appetit!
