White wine vinegar or rice wine vinegar (2 tablespoons)
Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
Sesame oil (1-2 teaspoons)
Instructions:
Toast sesame seeds in a non-stick pan on high heat. Set aside.
Cook rice noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Slice chicken breasts into 1.5 cm pieces and season with salt, pepper, and five spice.
Heat oil in a pan and add chicken. Cook until crispy and golden.
Add garlic and broccolini stems to the pan. Cook for 1 minute.
Add broccolini flowers and cook for 40 seconds.
Mix chilli jam, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Add noodles to the sauce and mix well.
Serve noodles with chicken and broccolini. Top with sesame seeds.
