Wos Raneros Tostadas (Original video)

Ingredients:

• 3 tablespoons oil
• 1/2 medium onion
• 2 Serrano Peppers (or jalapenos)
• 2 large garlic cloves
• 4 large Roma tomatoes
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
• Pinch of cilantro
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup water
• Cooking oil for frying
• 2 tablespoons bacon grease
• 2 tablespoons chopped onions
• Cooked beans
• Eggs
• Tostadas
• Queso fresco
• Guacamole

Instructions:

1. In a skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of oil. Add chopped onions, Serrano Peppers, and cook until onions are translucent.
2. Add minced garlic, diced tomatoes, ground cumin, cilantro, salt, pepper, and water. Simmer until flavors meld.
3. Fry tortillas in oil until golden and crispy to make tostadas.
4. In another skillet, heat bacon grease and sauté chopped onions. Add cooked beans and mash them.
5. Spread beans on tostadas.
6. In a separate skillet, heat oil and cook eggs to your preference.
7. Top tostadas with eggs, queso fresco, guacamole, and salsa.
8. Serve and enjoy the Wos Raneros Tostadas.
