In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, chipotle Tabasco sauce, brown sugar, orange zest, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cinnamon, and ground cloves to make the rub.
Place the ham in a roasting pan, flat side down. Coat the ham with the prepared rub mixture, ensuring it gets into all crevices.
Pour orange juice into the pan and add sliced oranges around the ham.
Bake the ham in the oven for about 15 minutes.
In a saucepan, melt butter, then add maple syrup, chipotle hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and rosemary sprigs to make the glaze. Let it simmer for 30 seconds.
Glaze the ham every 30 minutes with the prepared glaze while baking at 350°F for approximately 2.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Rest the ham before serving. Enjoy your Chipotle Maple Glazed Baked Ham!
