Heat up the ground beef or ground turkey in a skillet.
Boil a pot of water and add in the tortellini, cooking according to the package.
Shred the mozzarella cheese.
Season the meat with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and a little bit of crushed red chili flakes.
Drain the meat and add a jar of marinara sauce and one block of cream cheese.
Once the sauce and cream cheese are well combined, add in the cooked tortellini.
Top with the mozzarella cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
