In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
Add water with instant yeast, melted butter, and Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.
Adjust consistency by adding more flour if needed. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let it rise for 1.5 hours.
Divide the dough into four equal pieces. Fill each piece with mozzarella cheese and pinch to seal.
Cover the filled dough portions with a damp towel and let them rise for 30 to 45 minutes.
Flatten out the dough portions and cook on a hot pan until bubbles form. Flip the naan and brush with a mixture of melted butter and garlic.
