Prepare add-ins: mince shallots, crush and mince garlic, wash and chop mushrooms.
Cook ground turkey in a pan on medium heat with salt. Add minced mushrooms, white pepper, and rub Sage.
Break up the mixture with a potato masher, then add shallots and garlic.
In a large bowl, beat 18 eggs with salt. Add 2 containers of cottage cheese and mix.
Add the cooked meat and mushroom mixture to the eggs and whisk together.
Optionally, microwave broccoli for 4 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Add broccoli to the mixture and combine.
Grease a 9x13-inch glass baking dish and pour in the kiche mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy a high-protein kiche that can last all week.
