Ingredients:

• 8.5 oz package corn muffin mix
• 14 oz can creamed corn
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 2 cups shredded chicken
• 10 oz red chili enchilada sauce
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese for topping
• Chicken Stuffing Bake:
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1/4 cup milk
• 2 lbs chicken tenderloins or thin chicken breasts
• Salt and pepper
• Stovetop chicken stuffing
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• Lasagna:
• 1 lb sausage or ground beef
• 1 diced onion
• 24 oz marinara sauce
• Salt, pepper, thyme, parsley, basil
• 16 oz cottage cheese
• 15 oz ricotta cheese
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
• 1 egg
• 9 lasagna noodles
• Hearty Pork Chops:
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 1/2 cups long grain white rice
• 1 packet Lipton onion dry soup mix
• 5-8 pork chops
• Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
• Beef Casserole:
• 1 medium white onion
• 8 oz white mushrooms
• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 1/2 cups beef broth
• 1 1/4 cups uncooked white rice
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
