Potato and Cheese Casserole (Original video)

Ingredients:

• 3 potatoes (400 grams)
• Cold water
• 3 eggs
• Marjoram
• Black pepper
• Parsley
• Vegetable oil
• Butter
• 5 slices of cheese
• Salt

Instructions:

1. Grate the potatoes and drain them.
2. Pour half of the grated potatoes into a pan, add a pinch of salt, and pour the eggs over them.
3. Cover with a lid and fry for 7 minutes.
4. Add the remaining grated potatoes, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and fry for 5 more minutes.
5. Place the slices of cheese on top of the potato mixture and cover with a lid until the cheese melts.
6. Turn over the casserole onto a plate.
7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Potato and Cheese Casserole!
