Pour half of the grated potatoes into a pan, add a pinch of salt, and pour the eggs over them.
Cover with a lid and fry for 7 minutes.
Add the remaining grated potatoes, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and fry for 5 more minutes.
Place the slices of cheese on top of the potato mixture and cover with a lid until the cheese melts.
Turn over the casserole onto a plate.
