Cheesy Egg Toast (Original video)

Ingredients:

• 2 slices of fluffy bread
• Cheese (mozzarella and shredded cheese)
• Sandwich ham
• 1 TBSP mayonnaise
• 12g butter
• 2/3 tsp minced garlic
• 1 TBSP honey
• Cute eggs
• Salt
• Pepper
• Parsley

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
2. Press the bread slices with a cup to flatten them slightly.
3. Apply mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
4. Place a slice of sandwich ham on one bread slice.
5. Surround the cute eggs with mozzarella cheese, making sure to make holes in the yolk.
6. Spread butter on top of the eggs and sprinkle minced garlic over them.
7. Drizzle honey over the eggs.
8. Season with a little salt and pepper.
9. Add shredded cheese on top.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
11. If the egg is undercooked, leave it in the oven at 145-160°C for a bit longer.
12. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
13. Cut the toast in half for easier eating.
