Instructions:

Prepare the pizza sauce by mixing canned tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, sugar, chili flakes, black pepper, and olive oil. Grate parmesan over the sauce.
Top the dough with sauce, mozzarella cheese, and desired toppings like gremolata.
Bake the pizza on medium heat until the bottom is browned. Finish under the broiler for a crispy top.
