Creamy Kimchi Udon (Original video)

Ingredients:

• Kimchi
• Bacon
• Udon noodles
• Butter
• Garlic
• Korean chili paste
• Heavy cream
• Sesame oil
• Crispy bacon (for garnish)
• Sesame seeds (for garnish)
• Parmesan cheese (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Slice the kimchi and cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside.
2. Soak the udon noodles in water.
3. Melt butter in a pan, sauté garlic and Korean chili paste until fragrant.
4. Add the kimchi and cook until done.
5. Pour in heavy cream and cook until the sauce thickens.
6. Add the soaked udon noodles, crispy bacon, and sesame oil. Mix until everything is coated with the sauce.
7. Once done, garnish with crispy bacon, sesame seeds, and Parmesan cheese.
