Season diced chicken breast with olive oil and specified seasonings. Cook on medium to high heat until done. Set aside.
Cook diced garlic in a pan, then add soy sauce, water, chilli flakes, and cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce. Remove from heat, add honey, and mix in the cooked chicken.
Add more garlic, fat-free evaporated milk, light cream cheese, chicken stock powder, and light cheddar cheese to the pan. Let the cheese melt while cooking pasta separately.
Once the cheese is creamy, add the cooked and drained pasta to the sauce and mix well.
Divide the Honey Garlic Chicken and Mac and Cheese into 4 equal servings and enjoy!
