In a large pan, heat 5 grams of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
Season beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add diced onions and cook for another 5-6 minutes until onions are translucent.
Stir in canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook for an additional minute.
Add Laughing Cow cheese wedges and mix until fully incorporated. Then, add shredded mozzarella and continue mixing until melted.
Transfer the beef mixture to a plate and refrigerate for 20 minutes to cool.
Prepare 6 pieces of aluminum foil. Divide the beef mixture equally among the tortillas (approximately 225 grams per tortilla).
Roll the burritos tightly, wrap them in aluminum foil, and place them in a freezer ziplock bag. Freeze for up to three months.
To defrost, microwave on defrost setting for 7-8 minutes at 260 watts, then 3-4 minutes at 620 watts until hot inside.
