Boil potatoes in water until tender. Mash while hot.
Add salt, 5 tablespoons of flour, eggs, milk, and 125 grams of flour to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
Cut cheese into small cubes. Take a spoonful of the potato mixture, place a piece of cheese in the center, and form into balls.
Refrigerate the potato balls for 30 minutes.
Dip the potato balls in batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Fry the potato balls until golden brown on all sides (3-5 minutes).
