Fry the hash browns until crispy.
Toast the burger buns.
Spread kimchi mayo on the top bun and add lettuce.
Place the beef patty on the bottom bun and top with cheese, hash browns, and another beef patty.
Add more kimchi mayo on top of the second patty and place the top bun.
