Sunly Thai Beef Noodle Stir-Fry (Original video)

Ingredients:

• Beef
• Cornstarch
• Vegetable oil
• Soy sauce
• Garlic
• Chinese broccoli
• Eggs
• Noodles
• Sunly Thai fried noodle sauce

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, cornstarch, vegetable oil, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly and set aside to marinate.
2. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok over high heat. Sear the beef until it's 80% cooked through and remove from the pan.
3. Add another tablespoon of oil to the wok and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add chopped Chinese broccoli and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Push everything to the side, pour in the whisked eggs, and scramble. Remove everything from the wok and set aside.
5. Toss in the noodles and char them for about 30 seconds. Cook thoroughly with the Sunly Thai fried noodle sauce.
6. Add back the beef, broccoli, and eggs. Toss until combined.
