Add tomato sauce, beef bone broth, evaporated milk, and reduced-fat cream cheese. Bring to a simmer and let it rest for about 8 minutes.
Reduce the temperature and add the noodles. Once cooked, stir in fat-free cottage cheese and reduced-fat mozzarella. Serve into seven portions.
