High Protein Garlic Parmesan Steak Alfredo Pasta (Original video)
Ingredients:
Steaks, cubed
Salt
Black pepper
Italian herbs
Garlic
Parsley
Smoked paprika
Olive oil
Butter
Fresh garlic
Parmesan
Onion
Evaporated milk
Light cream cheese
Pasta
Pasta water
Instructions:
Slice steaks into cubes and season with salt, black pepper, Italian herbs, garlic, parsley, smoked paprika, and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.
Cook steak bites for 2 minutes on each side over medium-high heat until golden and juicy.
Lower the heat, add more butter, fresh garlic, and Parmesan. Mix until well coated, then set the beef aside.
Add chopped garlic and onion, cook for 5 minutes. Add extra seasoning, mix well.
Pour in evaporated milk, light cream cheese, Parmesan, and pasta water. Stir until smooth and let it bubble.
Add cooked pasta, mix well until creamy and indulgent.
