Nonna Gina's Classic Meatball Recipe (Original video)

Ingredients:

• Ground beef
• Eggs
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Garlic powder
• Bread crumbs
• Pecorino Romano cheese
• Parsley
• Olive oil
• Onions
• Garlic
• Tomato sauce
• Basil
• Water

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, bread crumbs, Pecorino Romano cheese, and parsley. Mix well.
2. Form the mixture into meatballs of uniform size and refrigerate for a while to marinate.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions and garlic. Add tomato sauce, basil, salt, black pepper, and water to make the sauce.
4. Fry the meatballs in the sauce until browned and cooked through, turning occasionally.
5. Serve the meatballs with spaghetti or as desired. Enjoy!
