Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies (Original video)

Ingredients:

• 1 cup unsalted butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• Dark chocolate chunks

Instructions:

1. Brown the butter on the stove until it turns brown.
2. Add brown sugar and white sugar and stir until it looks like wet sand.
3. Add egg and vanilla essence and stir.
4. Add flour and baking soda and gently fold in.
5. Add dark chocolate chunks.
6. Chill the dough for half an hour.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
8. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet.
9. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
