Mix cornflour with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Shake well.
Coat diced chicken breast with the cornflour mixture.
Cook the chicken in a pan over medium to high heat until golden brown. Set aside.
Reduce heat to low and add light soy sauce, light sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic, ginger, and a bit of honey to the pan. Stir well.
Add the cooked chicken back to the pan and coat it with the sauce.
Serve with rice and garnish with sesame seeds, chili, spring onion, and capsicum. Enjoy!
