Grind cashews, almonds, cashews, dried cranberries, and sugar-free chocolate separately.
Mix ground nuts, seeds, sesame seeds, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Add natural honey and mix thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into rounds and place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20 minutes.
Melt sugar-free chocolate with coconut oil.
Dip each cookie halfway in the melted chocolate.
Sprinkle salt flakes on top of the chocolate.
Chill the cookies in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
