Nutty Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
- Cashews - 100 g / 3.5 oz
- Peanuts - 60 g / 2 oz (fried)
- Almonds - 30 g / 1 oz (ground)
- Cashews - 30 g / 1 oz (ground)
- Pumpkin seeds - 1 tbsp
- Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
- Dried cranberries - 50 g / 1.7 oz (ground)
- Cinnamon (to taste)
- Natural honey - 2 tbsp
- Sugar-free chocolate - 120 g / 4.2 oz (ground)
- Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt flakes
Instructions
- Grind cashews, almonds, cashews, dried cranberries, and sugar-free chocolate separately.
- Mix ground nuts, seeds, sesame seeds, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Add natural honey and mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into rounds and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20 minutes.
- Melt sugar-free chocolate with coconut oil.
- Dip each cookie halfway in the melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle salt flakes on top of the chocolate.
- Chill the cookies in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
- Note: This recipe yields enough nut mixture for 2 recipes.
