High Protein Sticky Sesame Chicken Fried Rice Meal Prep (Original video)
Ingredients:
Airborne chicken
Garlic
Ginger
Cumin
Chili
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
Honey
Sriracha
Sesame seeds
Frozen vegetables
Spring onion
Eggs
Cooked rice
Instructions:
Cook the Airborne chicken in a pan with garlic, ginger, cumin, chili, and sesame oil for 10 minutes on high heat.
Add soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, and sesame seeds to the pan and mix together to make it sticky.
For the fried rice, immediately add garlic, frozen vegetables, spring onion, and two scrambled eggs to the pan. Then add cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
Mix everything together and cook for a few more minutes until the fried rice is heated through.
