Cut onions and place in foil, cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Add salt and harissa paste, then add boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Let it cook.
Mix salt and ground cumin into yogurt. Cook the chicken for 10-15 minutes, then add coriander.
Slice sourdough bread, drizzle with oil, cook until crispy and golden.
Spread yogurt on bread, add rocket leaves, cooked chicken, onions, and enjoy!
