Chicken and Rice with Yogurt Marinade (Original video)

Ingredients:

• Chicken breast
• Foil
• Salt
• Yogurt
• Olive oil
• Smoked paprika
• Garlic powder
• Cajun seasoning
• Lime juice
• Onion
• Red chilies
• Rice
• Water
• Saffron
• Bouillon cube

Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken breast open like a butterfly and season with salt.
2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and lime juice. Marinate the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
3. In a pan, sauté onions, red chilies, and washed rice until fragrant. Add water, saffron, saffron water, and a bouillon cube.
4. Cover and cook until the rice is done. Serve the chicken over the flavorful rice. Enjoy!
