Instructions:
- Prepare the Shrimp: Place 8 ounces of shrimp in a small bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to the shrimp. Mix the shrimp and soy sauce together. Set aside.
- Heat the Pan and Sauté Vegetables: Turn the stove on to medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon of avocado oil to the pan. Once the pan is heated, add 1 ounce of shredded carrot, 2 ounces of sliced bell peppers, 1 ounce of sliced onion, and 1 shiitake mushroom to the pan.
- Add Kelp Noodles and Seasonings: Add 150 grams of prepped kelp noodles to the pan. Sprinkle garlic powder over the ingredients in the pan. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Stir everything together to combine.
- Incorporate Shrimp and Spinach: Add the marinated shrimp to the pan. Add a big handful of spinach to the pan.
- Cook and Finish: Stir-fry the ingredients until the spinach is cooked. Finish the dish by adding black pepper and ¼ teaspoon of sesame oil. Stir everything together one last time.
