Divide a pound of ground beef into four equal sections and shape each into a round compacted ball. Refrigerate.
Prepare toppings: onion, tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles.
Heat a pan, add a ball of meat, and flatten it using parchment paper or two spatulas.
Top with cheddar cheese, cover until melted, then remove from heat.
Prepare burger sauce by combining mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, grated pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Assemble the burger: lettuce on the bottom, seasoned tomato, meat patty with cheese, and other toppings.
