Dinner (Creamy Meatball Oo):
Minced meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
Hard Italian cheese (Parmesan, Pecorino, Gran Padano)
Lemon
Egg
Garlic
Chicken stock
Creme fraiche
Frozen peas
Salt, pepper, dried herbs
Mix oats, protein powder, yogurt, chia seeds, and almond milk.
Store in containers and add desired toppings before consuming.
Marinate chicken in soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, garlic, chili, and sesame oil.
Cook chicken in an air fryer.
Cook rice and steam broccoli separately.
Assemble in containers and store for up to 3 days.
Make meatballs with minced meat, egg, seasoning, and optional cheese.
Sear meatballs, then cook in a sauce of chicken stock, creme fraiche, cheese, lemon juice, and garlic.
