Ingredients
- 3 pounds 96% lean ground beef
- null garlic powder
- null onion powder
- null cumin
- null paprika
- null salt
- null pepper
- 350 grams Jasmine rice
- 16 ounces Kettle Fire Bone Broth
- 1.5 bags Kraft fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 packets Elvia cheese sauce
- 100 ml fat-free milk
- 100 grams Taco Bell Fire Sauce
- 2 cans black beans
- 2 cans Rotel
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef: Place 3 pounds of 96% lean ground beef in an electric skillet.
- Season Ground Beef: Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Combine and Cook Beef: Mix the seasonings into the ground beef using a potato masher. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook.
- Cook Rice: Cook 350 grams of Jasmine rice. Instead of water, use 16 ounces of Kettle Fire Bone Broth to cook the rice.
- Prepare Queso Sauce: In a blender, combine 1.5 bags of fat-free shredded cheddar cheese, 2 packets of Elvia cheese sauce, 100 ml of fat-free milk, and 100 grams of Taco Bell Fire Sauce.
- Blend Queso Sauce: Blend all the ingredients for the queso sauce until smooth. Set aside.
- Add to Beef: Once the ground beef is cooked, open two cans of black beans and add them to the skillet.
- Add Rotel: Open two cans of Rotel and add them to the skillet.
- Add Taco Seasoning: Add one packet of taco seasoning to the skillet.
- Combine and Simmer: Mix all the ingredients in the skillet thoroughly. Cover with a lid and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Assemble Bowls: Get out 8 meal prep containers. Add cooked rice to the bottom of each container. Spoon the cooked meat and bean mixture over the rice in each container. Pour the prepared queso sauce over the meat mixture in each bowl.
- Seal and Store: Place lids on the containers.
