Place the chicken thighs (or breasts) in the crock-pot.
In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with milk until combined.
Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each piece of chicken.
Layer the Canadian bacon slices over the chicken.
Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the top.
Pour melted butter over everything.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
