Sauté diced pepper, chopped onion, crushed hot peppers, black pepper, and salt in olive oil.
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, lentils, walnuts, 1/4 onion, and sautéed vegetables.
Add strained tomatoes, liquid smoke, oats, panko breadcrumbs, flaxseed, agar powder, pesto, grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Mix well.
Form mixture into a meatloaf shape on parchment paper.
Bake at 350°F for about 1-1.5 hours until cooked through.
Optional: Brush with olive oil and sauce before baking.
