Ingredients

• Mason sand
• Cement
• Water
• Super plasticizer
• Mold release agent

Instructions

1. Mix two parts sand to one part cement (e.g., 6 pounds of sand and 3 pounds of cement).
2. Add 12 ounces of water to the dry mix.
3. Add 1% super plasticizer based on the weight of the cement for better workability.
4. Pre-mix dry materials, then add water gradually.
5. Use a mold release agent (diluted at 30 parts water to 1 part agent) to prevent sticking.
6. Pour the concrete mix into the mold and vibrate to remove bubbles.
7. Cover the mold with plastic and let it cure for 24 hours.
8. De-mold after 24 hours and allow further curing for at least 7 days before installation.
