Sweet Pea Fish Pie (Original video)

Ingredients:

• 300 grams of salmon
• 300 grams of white fish
• 500 ml of milk
• 1 kilogram of potatoes
• 400 grams of frozen peas
• 100 grams of frozen spinach
• 2 onions
• 2 carrots
• 60 grams of flour
• 1 teaspoon of mustard
• 40-50 grams of cheddar cheese
• Half a lemon
• Butter
• Salt and pepper

Instructions:

1. Poach salmon and white fish in a pan with 500 ml of milk for about 10 minutes until flaky.
2. Boil peeled and chopped potatoes for 15 minutes. Add frozen peas for a minute, then drain.
3. In a separate pan, sauté finely chopped onions and carrots in olive oil. Add flour and mustard, then gradually mix in poaching liquid to create a sauce.
4. Add frozen spinach to the sauce and let it melt.
5. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, cheddar cheese, and lemon juice.
6. Break up the poached fish into chunks and mix into the sauce.
7. Mash boiled potatoes with butter, salt, and pepper.
8. Spread the mashed potatoes over the fish and sauce mixture in a baking dish.
9. Bake until golden and bubbly.
