Ingredients

  • 1 gallon of water
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 24 eggs

Instructions

  1. Fill a gallon jar with 1 L of water and the juice from two limes.
  2. Place 24 eggs in the jar filled with lime water.
  3. Seal the jar and store it for one year.
  4. After one year, open the jar, cook an egg, and taste to see if it has absorbed the lime flavor and remains good for consumption.
