Season diced steak with garlic salt and black pepper. Cook in a pan on high heat until golden brown. Add light butter and minced garlic, cook for about a minute until steak is covered.
Crack eggs into a bowl, add blended cottage cheese, whisk. Cook eggs on low heat, stirring constantly. Add fat-free cheese, fresh chives, garlic salt, mix until eggs are done.
Assemble burritos with eggs, steak, a drizzle of hot sauce. Fold into a burrito, wrap in aluminum foil. Freeze for up to three months.
