High Protein Honey BBQ Chicken and Creamy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes (Original video)
Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Garlic powder
Smoked paprika
Cumin
Salt
Black pepper
Olive oil
Potatoes
Italian herbs
Grated parmesan
Butter
Honey
BBQ sauce
Fresh parsley
Cottage cheese
Milk
Instructions:
Slice the chicken breast into cubes and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Ensure it is well seasoned.
Slice the potatoes into small cubes and season with salt, Italian herbs, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, grated parmesan, and optional olive oil. Mix well and bake in the oven or air fry for 20 minutes until golden.
Cook the seasoned chicken in light butter for 5 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Lower the heat, add honey, BBQ sauce, and fresh parsley. Mix well and set aside.
Blend cottage cheese and milk with Italian herbs, garlic powder, and parmesan until smooth. Add the crispy potatoes and mix until fully coated.
Serve the creamy garlic parmesan potatoes with the honey BBQ chicken. Enjoy your delicious high protein meal.
