Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Unroll the cinnamon roll dough and place in the baking dish.
Pour heavy whipping cream over the cinnamon rolls, ensuring they are covered halfway up.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt. Drizzle this mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Let the cinnamon rolls cool.
For the icing, mix butter, heavy cream, Mexican vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until desired consistency is reached.
Drizzle the icing over the cooled cinnamon rolls.
Serve and enjoy!
