Add flour and salt to form a dough. Ensure no dry flour remains.
Let the dough rise for about 1 hour until it doubles or triples in size.
Sprinkle flour on a mat, transfer the dough, deflate, and divide into 2 parts.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out one portion into a 30 cm diameter sheet and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Arrange mozzarella cheese sticks around the edge of the dough sheet and fold the edges over to enclose the cheese.
Poke holes in the center of the dough with a fork.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°C (220°F) for 12 minutes.
Allow the pizza to cool slightly before serving.
