Marinate thinly sliced beef with salt, black pepper, grated garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sugar.
Boil glass noodles for 6 minutes, then run under cold water and toss with sesame oil.
Stir fry red pepper, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, spring onions, spinach, garlic, and ginger in a hot pan.
Add cooked beef and mushrooms to the pan.
Stir fry glass noodles in sesame oil, then add soy sauce, honey, and sugar to the pan.
Mix in spring onions and spinach, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve the glass noodles stir fry with chili flakes and kimchi on the side. Enjoy!
