Ingredients:

• Crushed pineapples
• Lemon or lime Jell-O mix
• Cream cheese
• Celery
• Bell pepper
• Pimentos
• Crushed nuts (e.g., pecans)
• Cool Whip
• American cheese

Instructions:

1. In a pan, combine crushed pineapples and lemon or lime Jell-O mix until dissolved.
2. Add chopped cream cheese to the mixture and stir until melted.
3. Mix in chopped celery, bell pepper, pimentos, and crushed nuts.
4. Turn off the flame and gently fold in Cool Whip.
5. Transfer the mixture to a glass dish, ensuring even distribution of ingredients.
6. Sprinkle American cheese on top.
7. Chill the dish overnight or for at least four hours until solid.
