Combine soy sauce, garlic, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, and Chinsu hot sauce to make the sauce.
Fry the white part of green onions for 2 minutes, then add the green part and fry until golden brown. Set aside.
Cook the noodles in boiling water.
Pour the sauce into a pan and cook until it thickens.
Add the noodles to the pan and mix until everything is coated.
Garnish the noodles with crispy scallions and sesame seeds.
