In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add 33 ounces of hot water, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of oil, and 100 ounces of pasta. Cook for 7 minutes, then turn off the heat and drain the water.
In a frying pan, add 4 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of butter, and 2 tablespoons of tomato extract. Stir in 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of mild paprika, and 1 teaspoon of parsley. Blend well.
Add 4 eggs to the pan and mix until the eggs are hardened.
Transfer the cooked pasta into the pan and mix lightly.
