Rock Bottom Pie from 1990

Ingredients

• 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• A little bit of vanilla extract
• 1 tub of Cool Whip
• 10 Oreo cookies
• 1 chocolate crumb crust (9-inch)

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter, 8 ounces of cream cheese, and a little bit of vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
2. Fold in a tub of Cool Whip into the peanut butter and cream cheese mixture.
3. Crush 10 Oreo cookies and sprinkle them into the mixture.
4. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch chocolate crumb crust.
5. Top with additional Oreo cookie crumbs.
6. Refrigerate the pie for a few hours until set.
7. Serve and enjoy the old-fashioned goodness of the Rock Bottom Pie from 1990.
