Papalisa, cut in half and soaked in water for 10 minutes
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon lime juice
Parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Place a pot on the stove and add 1/4 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Cover and cook the papalisa for 12 minutes or until tender.
Add 2 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 tablespoon thinly sliced onion, and 1 teaspoon of lime juice. Saute for 3 minutes.
Serve the cooked papalisa garnished with parsley on top.
