Air fry the chicken at 200 degrees Celsius for 16 minutes.
Mix self-raising flour, Greek yogurt, and garlic powder to make garlic naan dough. Form it into a ball, roll it out, and cook on high heat for a few minutes on each side.
To assemble, spread half of the sauce on the garlic naan, add tomatoes, red onions, and chicken. Add the remaining sauce and sprinkle with parsley flakes. Fold over and serve.
