100 grams minced pork (can substitute with chicken or beef)
A few dashes of white pepper
2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
100 milliliters water
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1/3 teaspoon sugar
Cornstarch solution
Small bunch of chopped spring onions
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions:
Whisk together 4 eggs, 300 milliliters water, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove bubbles and steam for 10 minutes.
In a pan, heat oil and add minced pork, salt, white pepper. Cook until pork is no longer pink. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Pour in 100 milliliters water, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar. Let it boil, adjust seasoning, then thicken with cornstarch solution.
Add chopped spring onions, sesame oil, mix, and pour the meat sauce over the steamed eggs.
Serve and enjoy with rice or porridge.
