Steamed Eggs with Meat Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 300 milliliters water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams minced pork (can substitute with chicken or beef)
- A few dashes of white pepper
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 100 milliliters water
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1/3 teaspoon sugar
- Cornstarch solution
- Small bunch of chopped spring onions
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Whisk together 4 eggs, 300 milliliters water, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove bubbles and steam for 10 minutes.
- In a pan, heat oil and add minced pork, salt, white pepper. Cook until pork is no longer pink. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in 100 milliliters water, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar. Let it boil, adjust seasoning, then thicken with cornstarch solution.
- Add chopped spring onions, sesame oil, mix, and pour the meat sauce over the steamed eggs.
- Serve and enjoy with rice or porridge.
