Mix Greek yogurt and self-rising flour together to make the pizza dough. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Cut cooked chicken into bite-size pieces and season with ground black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix with barbecue sauce.
Roll out the pizza dough on a 12-inch pizza pan dusted with flour. Spread barbecue sauce on top of the dough.
Add chicken on top of the barbecue sauce, followed by red onion and any other desired toppings.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza.
Bake the pizza at 450°F for 15-20 minutes.
Mix butter, garlic powder, and dry parsley together to make garlic butter. Drizzle garlic butter on the crust and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
