Season the ribeye steak with desired seasonings on both sides.
Heat oil in a skillet and cook the steak to desired doneness. Set aside.
In the same pan, remove excess oil and add butter. Saute onions and garlic until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth, then add sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream. Season to taste.
Grate Parmesan cheese and add it to the sauce. Stir until well combined.
Mix in cooked fettuccine noodles.
Serve the pasta topped with sliced ribeye steak and sauce.
Garnish with parsley before serving. Enjoy!
